Emma Gould is the owner and founder of Organically Emma Health & Wellness. She is a certified personal trainer, nutrition, and health coach who teaches women how to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies, and get strong both mentally and physically through exercise and nutrition that works for them.

Emma began Organically Emma Health & Wellness as a place where she could teach others that reaching health goals doesn't have to be complicated and unenjoyable. She teaches women how to take charge of their health by finding the proper fitness and nutrition regime that will work for them specifically; their body type, lifestyle, and what they love.
