HOLIDAY BONUS EPISODE: Healthy Holiday Parties
Beth Costa, a mom of four, has been the Executive Director for Wine Road Northern Sonoma County, an association of 200 wineries and 50 lodgings for the past eighteen years. Two years ago she connected with Marcy Gordon a freelance wine & travel writer. Marcy suggested a podcast for the Wine Road to help guests plan their trips.
Beth is currently the chair for the Hospitality Advisory Board for Santa Rosa Junior College. She regularly partners with the tourism bureau in both Sonoma County and San Francisco and speaks at various travel/tourism conferences across the country.
Beth is on the podcast today to talk about busting out of the wine mom culture and planning healthy holiday parties. In this episode, we cover:

Planning holiday parties around WINE in a way that is healthy and responsible
Having fun with your girlfriends without overindulging
